Come if you want to learn to teach yoga. Koko and Caroline are very professional and competent, encouraging students to learn, apply, and demonstrate the teaching of yoga. Great location with views of Jungle from the Sky Shala, the swimming pool deck, and the Jungle Room - all add to a meditative environment promoting beauty and peace. Koko has a knack for process and design so things are located in places that make sense, integrating engineering with human design at the facility. The kitchen is laid out in a way that things are easy to use and put away. Toilets and bathrooms are conveniently located behind practice areas. Food is made with care and delivered daily onsite, including morning coffee, breakfast, fruit break, lunch, juice break, and dinner. He creates a demanding yet safe atmosphere to learn to teach yoga. Well done Koko!

This yoga school is located in a paradise-like place in the jungle. The organization and class planning are excellent. All the teachers are highly professional. Ririt, the Aerial Yoga instructor, shared a wealth of knowledge — she has a very individual approach to each student and a deep sensitivity to people. The program is intensive and truly transformative. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to become a yoga teacher or deepen their existing practice and qualifikation (Y.Polina)

I really took my time selecting the perfect yoga teacher training school, weighing my options carefully and thoroughly. Having chosen this school I didn’t regret it. On the contrary: I’m very happy having had my Yoga Teaching Training 200 in this blessed place. At Kapha School, the teachers are caring, always ready to answer questions and assist. They emphasize on teaching how to teach (especially how to teach the students of the beginner level, which is the most difficult), how to structure a yoga class, and the philosophy behind yoga. To put it shortly: teach HOW to teach is the main purpose of this school and not just having led practical classes and theory the whole day (like it is in most of YTT schools). Of course we had also theory. And we practiced teaching a lot. So after the graduation I can say, I can confidently start teaching on my own. I loved our meals; they were delicious and consisted of vegetables, fruits, tempeh, tofu, and fruit juices; with no bread, meat, or fish. We had three exams: one written and two practical (one for power yoga and one for vinyasa flow), and we were given enough time to prepare. Koko, the owner, is a very good organizer and he made sure that every single issue is solved. He is kind and precise in his teaching, which I personally liked very much. On Tuesdays and Fridays, our classes ended a bit earlier, and we were brought to Ubud center, having the opportunity to explore it and feel ourselves a bit like tourists :) As for the alignment: I found it very effective that during some classes which Mulia was leading, at the same time Rina was doing the alignment for the students. Having two carrying teachers in a class is such a luxury. And also the view from the school - it’s so mesmerizing, contributing to the whole magic of the place. As for the rooms - well, it’s not a five star hotel, but the price is also corresponding ;) The most important: the furniture and mattresses are totally new. They built currently new a building with rooms for the next students. Three weeks have passed so quickly. I wish to this school to prosper and continue doing what they are doing!

From the first day, I immediately felt a wonderful feeling that was simply confirmed and amplified with each passing day. This training is truly remarkable, from so many points of view. Pedagogically, the content is tailored, with a quick, thoughtful, and judicious introduction to the teaching, so that we emerge competent and confident. All the logistics are so well thought out! Personal belongings are designated; everyone has their own materials, so we feel at home and respect is established. The setting is idyllic, the food is very, very good, with incredible preparation work each time for the presentation. I am more than happy with the experience, with what it has given me, with these unforgettable memories, with kind and respectful people. Thank you Koko, thank you Mulia, thank you Didin, thank you Kadek, and also with the other teachers Anggia and Rina. I am so grateful.
