Find Yoga provides an online directory connecting yoga practitioners with studios, teachers, and events across Australia. We do not provide yoga instruction directly and are not responsible for the quality or safety of services provided by listed businesses.

3. User Accounts

To create a listing or access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Listing Content

Users who create listings are solely responsible for the accuracy of their content. Find Yoga reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Listings must not contain:

False or misleading information
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
Spam or promotional content unrelated to yoga services

5. Intellectual Property

The Find Yoga website, logo, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Find Yoga a license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Find Yoga is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with listed businesses.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
