GoogleI have been a member of yoga bones for nearly 10 years and attending classes has become a daily ritual which helps me maintain my well-being. Since Covid attending via zoom continues to be my preferred option avoiding travel so I can fit everything into my day and never skipping a beat even when I’m away on vacation including overseas. Bindi is the most amazing instructor and I continue to marvel at how great I feel after her classes and also immensely enjoy experiencing the variety of classes from all instructors. I love yoga bones studio it gives me something very special.
Bindi truly cares about the wellbeing of her students. For almost 4 years now it has really become a sacred place to recover both physically and more importantly mentally. Yoga Bones offers a range of different classes, and has definitely improved my mobility, posture and general health over the years!
I joined a friend who was a member and did a class with Binidi. She was wonderfully supportive and helpful. I hadn’t done yoga in ages and also am not particularly technical, but Bindi was great. The studio was spacious and relaxing as well.
I returned to yoga bones after a hiatus from yoga due to Covid. The focus on alignment in a safe and approachable environment keeps me coming back. We are so glad we found Yoga Bones. My husband and I were looking to fit one session of yoga a week into our busy schedules. Just 1 session of yoga with Bindi and her exceptional team is all it took to change our work arrangements! We now come at least 3 times a week. We always leave a class feeling revitalised, nurtured and connected. The variety of classes allows you to customise your yoga practice. The space is cosy, and the participants are warm and welcoming. Bindi and her team have taught us so much about our bodies and minds and life has become so much more balanced and grounded. Thank you Yoga Bones.
