What a beautiful experience!! I was a Breathwork first timer and had no idea what to expect. Mel immediately made me feel comfortable and safe in her lovely space. The breathwork session helped me to quiet my mind, focus on me and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. Thank you so much Mel 🩡 I will be loving to come back soon xx

First time trying Breathwork and it was a phenomenal experience. For a first timer, I highly recommend visiting Mel. It was deeply moving and a safe place for all in the class. I was quite skeptical on breath work but I didn’t quite understand the whole aspects of it until visiting Zenso House. Definitely converted.

I have attended lots of breathwork in the past & absolutely loved this one! Her space is so beautiful. I instantly felt held & supported as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was lovely & i left feeling so light & had the best sleep I’ve had in a while that night. Mel helped me understand what breathwork does to the body in a new way I had not heard before because of her psychology background. I am feeling more motivated to do breathwork on my own again now and will definitely be attending this again because it’s so much easier in a group setting. Would highly recommend you giving it a go! His teaching skills and style is well beyond his years, creating such a safe and calm space for myself, I am truly grateful for this experience and look forward to learning more from him in the future. I attended the Rhythm + Release breathwork workshop last night for the second time and have been finding the experience so valuable and enjoyable! Learning about the breathwork techniques has been a real journey in connecting with self and also being able to release pent up emotions and ground myself at the same time. The facilitator Mel is a warm and welcoming practitioner with hands on/hands off options depending on your comfort level, and guides you through a series of breathing modes and relaxation. The setting at Zenso House is also very calming, beautiful, and relaxing, the perfect environment to visit to start/end the the day. I can't recommend enough attending one of the breathwork or other classes here - thanks Mel!
