Wellness by The Legian Seminyak, Bali - Spa and Gymnasium

The Wellness Center at The Legian Seminyak offers a truly relaxing and restorative experience. Entering the wellness center, the scent of essential oils in the air immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Guests are welcomed with a choice between two herbal teas, we chose the relaxing option, which was a nice touch before the treatment. Prior to the massage, you're invited to complete a short form highlighting any health concerns and areas of focus for the therapist to tailor the session to your need. The treatment room itself are clean, peaceful and well appointed. Music plays in the background blending in with the gentle sound of the waves, which you can see right infront of you. As someone who rarely sleeps during massages, I managed to snooze off during the session as the entire atmosphere were tranquil and great for unwinding. Each treatment room includes its own shower and bathtub, which I preferred for privacy. The therapists were highly professional and made sure the whole experience felt attentive and personal, including asking whether the pressure needed any adjustment. Overall, it was a well-rounded Balinese massage in a setting that’s both therapeutic and great for decompressing. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a Balinese massage with a fully immersive atmosphere and beautiful Bali views.

My recent experience at the Spa of the Welllness by The Legian Seminyak was very memorable. First, I was greeted by staff and given a choice of 2 welcome herbal teas to choose from, there one with ginger and another with lemongrass. After that I was given a form to fill in some basic information about myself by ticking the boxes which apply to my current health conditions, and also draw on the points where I wanted the massage to be focused on as well as areas I don’t want to be touched, and I thought that idea was really good. The therapist was very professionally trained and attentive, applying the perfect amount of pressure as requested, and going through the right points and areas. The spa facilities and amenities are plentiful, the bathroom not only had a shower but also a jacuzzi, also a double sink and a spacious wardrobe to put my things in. Not only that, but being an interior designer myself, I was impressed by the interiors of the spa treatment room, a very timeless design. The massage room has its own private floor to ceiling window view to the beach, yet still feels very private, blending indoor and outdoor feel. I noticed that the massage bed had an automatic button to adjust the how high or low you want it to be, i know some people prefer to not lie on a completely flat surface. after the massage, I had the choice to either shower or leave the oil on to soak into my skin. But since I had to be somewhere else, I decided to shower in the bathroom connected to the massage room, where disposable panties and towel were provided. The amenities consisted of shampoo, body wash and conditioner that smelled really good. I felt rejuvenated and rested afterward as I enjoyed a drink and a light bite at the Ocean Bar while enjoying views of the buoyant sea and sounds of the waves sweeping across the shoreline of Seminyak Beach If you're seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience in Seminyak, look no further than The Legian Seminyak's Wellness Spa. We recently enjoyed a one-hour couple massage at Wellness by The Legian Seminyak, and it was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were offered tea and a selection of oils to choose from. The massage room had a stunning ocean view, adding to the overall relaxing ambiance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the massage itself was the most relaxing we’ve ever experienced. The masseuses were highly professional and did an amazing job, especially helping my partner with his back pain. We highly recommend Wellness by The Legian Seminyak for a truly exceptional spa experience.

I didn’t realise the wellness facilities at the Legian were so top notch. Walking around the building to the entrance, you can see the vast amounts of herbs, fruit, and veg that they are growing organically. This is real wellness. I had a massage from Budi who has been employed by the Legian for 20 years - which tells a lot 👌🏼 …it was outstanding. I get regular massages here in Bali and have favourites but honestly Budi is a cut above the rest, she discovered and addressed my knots with skill. From my experience all I can see is that the Legian takes no shortcuts and ensures the best with everything they offer. Highly recommend!
