GoogleI recently called in to Rosebud Health Store, it’s been a while since I’ve there but I was seeking a smudge stick. I might and the place looks great. A lot of care has been taken to curate the pieces on offer. I went in for one thing and left with many. Nice range for unique Christmas gifts for loved ones. Was delighted to also learn that Michelle offers psychic readings and Guy offers many services too like Energy & Chakra healing. There are Meditation and Yoga courses available also. I’m so glad I popped in. I might add that Michelle took her time to explain things to me, was warm, calm, patient (I had a fair few questions) very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all with sales. I highly recommend popping in and seeing for yourself! Thanks Michelle for all your help on Thursday! I’ll be back soon.

Healing Meditation with Guy & Michelle I have been attending the healing meditation with Michelle and Guy on a Thursday night for over the past 12 months and absolutely enjoy the meditation practices. They are a balance of quiet, deep and reflective meditation and guided meditation, a lovely balance. As well as meditation, each week Michelle and Guy so lovingly create different varied activities, practices and use of tools that help to facilitate and explore spiritual healing and development ie use of oracle cards, crystals and more. The classes are always interesting, thought-provoking and fun. I appreciate Michelle and Guy’s knowledge and wisdom that they so generously share during classes, and the loving space they create for us to feel safe and nurtured during our journey.
