I recently had the pleasure of a 1 hour Relaxation massage with Georgia and can say that it was genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced. She set expectations clearly and made the experience bespoke, with a choice of massage method and oils. Furthermore, I was greeted with a delicious tea on arrival and got to look around the beautiful facility. To any Northsiders, I’d recommend you make Prana House your ‘go to’ for relaxation.

Attended Claire’s slow flow yoga on Sunday - easily the best yoga i have been. I do yoga on and off for relaxation, stretching and just to pause and slow things down. Really enjoy it! From instructor, vibe, space, props provided, the scent love it. Highly recommend. :)

Her remedial massage is not only deeply therapeutic, but also incredibly intuitive. She has a rare ability to find exactly where your body is holding tension and gently work through it with care and precision. Her reflexology sessions are equally powerful -grounding, restorative, and surprisingly energizing. You leave feeling balanced in both body and mind. Combined with the infrared sauna, the whole experience feels like a reset for your entire system. Katie creates a truly nurturing space where you feel safe, supported, and completely at ease. Her work is a gift - I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
