2nd Story Pilates + Yoga

Today was my first session, and it was amazing. The Place is very clean and organized. Elaine is the owner, and she was extremely nice. My yoga instructor Kay was very attentive, and was very helpful. I will definitely Return and I highly recommend this place.

I've been in and out of yoga for a few years now and I finally decided to sign up for in studio sessions. I love this place so much! It's intimate and the small community we have here is so welcoming. I started off with the beginners program and been going everyday. All the instructors are wonderful and they respond to your every need in a timely manner. They're very punctual so come in at least 10 to 15 minutes before class to get yourself situated. It's very clean and mats and equipment are all provided for. I highly highly recommend this place. Peace and love 💛

Super intimate and welcoming vibe! The staff and instructors are great and they have a wide variety of classes. The location is also perfect because it’s close to the train and other shops in the area. I will definitely continue my yoga/pilates journey here at 2nd Story. Thanks again(:

All classes offered are excellent. As well, I work with multiple teachers for both Pilates and yoga. It's very good that one can do both in the same studio with a variety of approaches. It all makes my world sweeter and I couldn't be happier with the quality and variety of instruction.
