Quite honestly my all time favourite yoga spot, the friendliest, cosiest space with the most incredible teachers. Sadly don’t live in LDN anymore but sometimes join their zoom classes. Definitely give it a go!

I started my yoga journey with Naomi. She and her well trained team are just what any busy person in London needs - A haven of restorative practice, whether you're new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner. Whenever in London, I head straight for YOTL I know I will leave there calmer, well stretched and focused. And the coffee next door is great too! Much look forward to joining class again soon.

Lovely studio with a tranquil environment. I dropped in for a class while visiting London. Easy to sign up online and yoga mats were supplied. Class with Naomi was wonderful and seemed appropriate for all levels. There was a nice community feel to the studio, wish I lived locally!

This yoga studio is such a special place. The studio itself is lovely, however it is the instructors that make it the warm, welcoming, inclusive place it is. The only problem is once you try it, like me, you may not want to go anywhere else!
