200 Hour YTT at Soul Yoga strengthened both my understanding and practice of yoga. I love how authentic the teachers, the space, and the students are — even the cats, who never fail to lighten the mood. Sandi and Sera are truly the heart of the program. They welcomed us and guided us, each of us starting from different points. We got to know them personally and culturally, and it was fascinating to learn about yoga in Bali from both local and international perspectives. The materials and delivery are thoughtfully designed to build a philosophical foundation while preparing us to begin teaching practice or deepen our practice. I also appreciated being able to ask for adjustments that supported my own physical limitations. Our batch was a great size, with students from diverse backgrounds. None of us had the exact same level of yoga ability, yet we remained supportive and positive throughout the entire training. We also get to interact with locals who offered their best services, such as nourishing vegetarian food, herbal drinks, and even massage. This experience helped me realign both mentally and physically. I’d love to return and continue practicing the next time I’m in Ubud. 😊

Joined a 200Hrs YTT Program with Soul Yoga Bali and i couldn’t ask for a better experience than this! I can feel they put a lot of thoughts into this program and I really like Sandi’s and Sera’s yoga class. Before joining I can easily find information about YTT program or daily classes in Soul Yoga from their instagram and Website. They give detail information about the schedule, modules (for YTT program) and prices. The place is very beautiful and zen. It’s far from the busy area in Ubud but still very easy to find. It’s a refreshing view here especially for someone who lives in a place surrounded by tall buildings. Joining YTT here, i felt the class was beyond my expectations. I studied A LOT about alignments, different yoga styles, how to use props and meditations from Sandi, Sera, Aselle, and Bo Young❣️Soul Yoga makes me feel like a family and in the YTT i met a lot of great and lovely people that are very inspiring. We get very tasty vegetarian meals twice a day 😋 other than yoga i learned that vegetarian meals are not boring and can be very tasty and filling! It’s an experience i hold dear in my heart💗

If you are looking for 200TTC/300TTC in Bali, I believe Soul Yoga is a good choice(for me the best😆)~ For the past half year, I have been looking for a spiritual environment, capable and responsible institutions and teachers, until I heard about Sandi and Sera in Bali. I learned from others that they have rich teaching experience and training experience. I came here with anticipation. After several regular morning classes, I could feel their ability and energy. Halfway through the training, I knew that what they gave me far exceeded my expectations. They were also teachers and friends. They not only shared their views on yoga, taught us the experience of yoga teaching, and treated us like family. Open, bright and optimistic, always face life and us with love and patience. I know that yoga has always been a person's journey. I don't start with soul yoga, and this is not the end. But I'm very happy that this has become an important node and harbor in my yoga journey. I'm very happy to meet my company here. Next time I come back to Ubud, I will be back to Soul Yoga to practice~ I also hope to meet you💕

When I was shopping around for a 200 hr YTT program in ubud, I immediately noticed a difference compared to other schools in just our online correspondence— I was talking to Sandi himself, and not a secretary. That is the level of ownership and personal investment that Sandi and Sera put into this school, which is literally part of their home. This school is an extension of themselves, and they are sharing the best parts of their soul with us. Their teachings include the necessary curriculum to be recognized by Yoga Alliance, but it also includes lessons from their life, human to human. These lessons are the ones I will treasure forever. The teachers and students part of the program were all authentic, kind, hardworking, and positive. It was a refreshing group of people that were not concerned with the gimmicky parts of yoga that we see in much of the western world today. The lessons were also extremely practical, while still remaining interesting and honoring the origins of yoga. As a multidisciplinary athlete, I had two old injuries that left my shoulder and ankle feeling weak, with reduced mobility, and in pain for the past year. I maintained an active lifestyle and went to physical therapy, but there was little improvement, and I felt as though this was just how my life was going to be until I committed to surgery. Sandi reassured me that I would be able to attend this course with my injuries. After the 3 weeks of participating in Soul Yoga’s YTT, I can say these all improved dramatically. I even felt a difference after the first week! I believe Soul Yoga’s focus on alignment contributed to my recovery in a big way. I feel empowered and energized to continue practicing for my own recovery and health and share the benefits of yoga to my friends and family. Thank you Sandi and Sera 🙏🏼💚 Oh— also their cats are really cute 🐈🐈🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ and the surrounding rice fields are so beautiful 😭😭

The 3-week 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Soul Yoga Bali was incredibly useful and impactful. The program has a strong focus on alignment, something that is often forgotten in daily yoga practice. We learned how to use props properly — chairs, blocks, straps, blankets — showing clearly that yoga is for everyone. Not every yoga school teaches alignment this deeply and practically. This training changed the way I practice and teach yoga, with more awareness, safety, and inclusivity. I’m truly grateful for this experience
