TracySue is an excellent Pilates teacher. Her attention to the individual needs of each client (such as age, experience, goals, injuries etc.) is exceptional. Movements are taught with a focus on skill execution for safety and movement efficiency. Clients learn "how to feel" the correct techniques and adjust their positions accordingly. Classes are well planned and never boring. The range of equipment used and movement variations are both diverse, challenging and extremely enjoyable.
Tracy-Sue is an amazing Pilates and Iyengar yoga teacher! She explains the history and the why behind the moves along with the benefits and is there watching and correcting to make sure you are in the correct position and attaining the full benefits. Her knowledge in both modalities is immense and ongoing. I'm so glad I was referred to Tracy-Sue and highly highly recommend Tracy-Sue and her studio.
Have now been going to Tracey Sue at Impressions for two years, I do both Pilates and Yoga through private sessions. These sessions have literally changed my life. Although they are still around, my chronic back issues are now under control, I'm moving smoothly and feel so much more agile and active. TS has high expectations and pushes you, but in a sensitive manner -- could ask for more. I reckon I'll be able to join larger classes soon.......................
