My first class here was welcoming, warm, and I felt completely safe to take time when needed. Alex is a FANTASTIC instructor - she's kind, has a strong desire to ensure her students are practicing yoga in healthy and correct forms, and made class fun! I'm excited to come back.
I've loved all of Masako's classes so far. Not only are they relaxing, but they really make a difference for my body.
As someone who maintains a consistent practice, I’ve been particularly happy with the recent addition of more challenging classes that allow practitioners to truly deepen and advance their skills. The new Friday class is an excellent example of this commitment to offering elevated instruction that pushes students to grow in their practice. What sets this studio apart is not only the thoughtful progression of challenging offerings but also the diverse group of skilled instructors who represent our community.
Great experiences here with meditation and yoga. I highly recommend Melissa's yoga classes.
Love this neighborhood yoga studio. No frills and no judgement; it’s come as you are, where you are and focuses on mindfulness. You will still get a workout for the more lively/active flow (and even the slow flows at times), but exercise isn’t the focus like other yoga classes/studios I’ve been to. I appreciate the focus on connection to breath and body.
