I’ve been going to Good Time Pilates for over a year and a half, and I honestly couldn’t imagine my routine without it. I go every day, I’ve recommended it to so many people, and I absolutely love this place. The studio has the best energy, it’s always clean, welcoming, and motivating. The instructors are amazing knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely lovely humans. Every class feels fun, challenging, and different, and you always leave feeling better than when you arrived. Good Times Pilates is a great studio! I started coming here a few years ago and have been on/off with it (my own laziness) but over the past 8 months been really consistent and have been absolutely loving it. I now go to between 3-5 classes a week and it’s usually one of the highlights of my day! All of the instructors are so friendly and the vibe of the place is so nice and relaxing. As someone who previously balked at the prospect of doing a group exercise class, Good Times was the place that not only dispelled, but completely reversed my fear, and made me fall in love with Pilates. From my first class I was met with warmth, kindness, and patience that imbued me with the desire to return, and slowly, I built confidence and physical strength I never before thought myself capable of. All three Good Times studios have their individual charms, yet the décor and warm, inviting feeling creates a cohesive feeling between them. Of course, the friendliness of GTP instructors and fellow patrons contributes immeasurably to the studios feeling like second homes. Good Times Pilates. Where do I even start? Exercising has always been something I occasionally subjected myself to rather than something that could make me feel good. So I thought I'd hate pilates, but that it'd at least be a quick and solid workout. After my first class I was intrigued, after my second I was hooked. Last week I couldn't make it due to other commitments and I was bouncing off the walls to come back in today! It's really, truly, that good. The classes are varied and fun, and you'll be shocked when 45 minutes has gone by. Most of my classes have been with Nat (who is an angel) and Polly (who is a devil in the best possible way during her classes), but other instructors I've seen here have all been to the same high standard. For absolute beginners the instructors are great at providing extra guidance without making you feel silly at any point, and there's heaps of variations on movements/spring choices as you build your confidence and skills. Not to mention Cat, who does the most incredible job of running the studio and curating the best vibes imaginable. When I've had questions she's always been so helpful, and when there was a minor payment issue she proactively reached out and went above and beyond to fix it up. You can tell that there's so much passion put into every aspect of the studio. Thank you Cat and everyone at Good Times!!
