I recently did the 3 free sessions for over 60s with Wollongong Pilates and the wonderful Donna Oliver. This was a great opportunity to get a valuable insight and trial with Pilates. I took up the offer of 3 free classes, the best thing I have done for my health and fitness. I now go regularly to 1 on 1 sessions with Donna and will now be joining regular classes. It is the perfect fit for me and Donna is the best. She understands my needs and tailors my sessions accordingly. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
