The Pearl Pilates & Yoga

The Pearl is an amazing place to do yoga. Took my first class today and I will be back. The staff is friendly and welcoming and very inclusive. A gem in the heart of City Island that’s not to be missed! Try it!

This studio helps me channel my inner Mermaid. I'm a Founding Member and am so happy to have The Pearl in my life, Wendy the owner is adorable, and all of the instructors are wonderful. I love to shimmy in my belly dance class. The Yoga and Pilates classes helped me overcome a knee injury. Keep up the great work. You're a gem in City Island and to the Bronx.

The Pearl has been a godsend to City Island and me personally. I never did yoga or Pilates before, but now I visit regularly for both. I can feel it everyday when I walk down the avenue: improved posture, core strength, and calm. I particularly recommend slow flow with Joanne, sunset yoga on the waterfront with Amy, and reformer with Luna!

Amazing little "pearl" of a studio on city island. Every class has been great 👍 and the studio has a very peaceful and calming atmosphere. Clean and bright with really nice creative touches.
