I have been with instructor Lien over 2 years. She is always professional and considerate for each student’s needs. Also, instructor Jenny is good as she would instruct students in very details and adjust according to students’ body conditions. The place is just renovated which is nice and clean. They provide a chill atmosphere so I could relax and enjoy my time there. They provide different levels and types of yoga classes (group or 1:1) therefore, you definitely can find a class suitable for yourself. Yoga isn’t only physically practice also maintain mentally health as well. I am looking forward for new instructors coming!

Love all teachers here!! If you are an absolute beginner for yoga, highly recommend teacher Jenny, she gives you a lot of details on how to improve your poses. Teacher lien provides a variety of yoga, such as chair yoga, wheel yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and kundalini yoga. a must try teacher. Teacher yan provides mat pilates, if you want to strengthen your core, come to her class. You will definitely feel sore the next day. Overall it is a good place to start your yoga journey.

Amazing place with some amazing teachers. You get a variation of classes. Mat Pilates, Strengthening, flexibility, restorative meditation and breathing. Teachers are great in guiding you and correcting your mistakes. Speaks both English and Chinese. Improved on my handstand within a month and can do this almost effortlessly. Great guidance by Teacher Lien. After taking restorative yoga with Teacher Maggie and I ended up having a great night sleep that I have not had in such LONG TIME! Felt amazing the next day. Overall great place with great teachers!

Highly recommended yoga studio! Many types of yoga classes available at various time slots. Instructors are very patient and professional especially Jenny. I like her Iyanga class a lot! She is vey experienced and set requirements based on individual readiness. I always feel refreshed and energized after her class. Love, love, love!!!

ST Yoga has the best teachers for beginners and intermediate students. I am grateful to Lien, Yan, Jenny and Maggie who genuinely care to help you relax while having flexibility with a strong core. I would highly recommend experiencing this for yourself. Classes are in both English and Chinese.
