GoogleI've been taking Pilates classes with Ilaria, since the first one I could feel a positive difference in my body, every class I feel I stretch all possible parts of my body. Her explanations and attention to the people doing the exercises makes it even a better experience. Thank you Ilaria for being a great teacher.
I love this studio! I’ve been joining the Pilates classes with Veronica and it has become my favourite weekly class. I like that there are not too many students per class and the teacher takes the time to provide corrections and clearly explain the movements. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my practice and understanding of core Pilates fundamentals. On top of that, the studio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I've been taking the Pilates & Ballet classes with Ilaria at Remedy Studio and absolutely love them! Ilaria is an amazing instructor – knowledgeable, encouraging, and always brings such positive energy to the class. The studio itself is also a beautiful, welcoming space – clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed, which makes a big difference in how enjoyable the experience is. Highly recommend Remedy Studio to anyone looking for high-quality movement classes in Berlin!
I absolutely love this studio. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the space is beautiful, and the trainers are fantastic. Special shoutout to Gabi, she’s truly amazing and always brings such positive energy to every class. However, there are a few important issues that affect the overall experience: 1. Overcrowded classes, especially Pilates. In the evenings, some classes are so full that it’s hard to move at all. You’re stuck on your mat, constantly afraid of hitting the person next to you. It’s uncomfortable, distracting, and honestly frustrating. 2. No paper towels in the restroom. By the evening, there are often no tissues or paper towels left. You wash your hands and have nothing to dry them with. 3. Broken lockers. Some lockers don’t close properly. And when there are too many people, there aren’t enough lockers for everyone. 4. Wobbly ballet barres. The barres used in ballet classes are unstable and shake when you touch them. It’s uncomfortable and makes it hard to focus. 5. Dirty cloths for cleaning mats. The cloths used to wipe mats after class are often already dusty and not fresh. It would make a big difference if they were replaced more frequently. I’m sharing this because I really enjoy coming here and value the trainers. I hope the studio focuses not just on how many people fit in a class, but also on the quality of the experience. When classes get overcrowded (or basics like lockers and paper towels aren’t available), it affects how much you can get out of the workout. What should be a positive and focused session can become uncomfortable and distracting. These are important issues that deserve attention.
I’ve taken a few Pilates mat classes here, and I really enjoyed them. The instructors took the time to correct and explain each movement very well.
