It was the best experience I have had in any training. The course is very well designed and the trainers are genuinely caring and knowledgeable in the relevant fields. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to meet the founder -Jen, she radiates a rare, unconditional love that serves as the very heartbeat of the foundation, guiding every breath with a spirit of incredible purity. We are profoundly fortunate that she answered the call to found this company, gifting us a space where healing and heart truly become one. I wish if there was an option to give more than 5 stars in the ratings. 😊

What a wonderful journey into the teachings of Nalu Breathwork. Jen is such a beautiful soul, and her delivery of this training is so loving and heart centred. I thoroughly enjoyed this training and would absolutely love to do it again. Blessings.

Im so grateful for this course. It was so much more than I expected. Erin and the team were incredibly supportive and managed to unite the entire circle of learners. We cemented new friendships and co-created our first Breathwork class as facilitators. It was empowering and beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone.
