GoogleI went to City Cave Idalia for my first float yesterday, and wow, what an experience. I was definitely out of my comfort zone at first, but the girls were absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome and supported from the moment I walked in. The herbal tea was beautiful, and the whole space just felt calm and nurturing. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and the float helped me immensely! my body felt lighter and my mind clearer afterwards. I’ll 100% be back for a sauna, massage, and another float 😍 Highly recommend to anyone needing deep relaxation and pain relief!
I quite enjoyed this place, I love that they have the LED lights in the infrared sauna, the saunas are private. I can play my podcasts through the bluetooth in the sauna. The massage was pretty good and the therapist did a comprehensive check before starting, pressure was excellent and what I asked for. It was my first time floating and it was definitely relaxing and private, but I would probably only do the massage & sauna again. I love they have a beauty bar, so once you're finished you can use some nice products on your skin and hair. Definitely would visit again.
It was so relaxing and an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were professional and so friendly. The environment is set up to truly capture every aspect of relaxation.
The super friendly staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, which was the icing on top of the whole experience. The amenities and overall fit-out are amazing. The sauna, massage, and float combined made for the ultimate Sunday reset. This will definitely become a regular occurrence from here on in!
All in all was a day well spent, I enjoyed every minute of being pamped. The place is so beautifully set up with a relaxing atmosphere .
