I only had a few days in Chiang Mai but managed to fit in 3 classes with Toon and Aom. Both teachers were amazing. Some great Hatha and Ashtanga classes. Lovely strong, sweaty, well guided and fun yoga classes. I’d highly recommend going. The studio is also lovely and in a great position for meditation at a temple after (with appropriate clothing) or just a lovely breakfast. I’d recommend the butterfly effect. There’s a lovely thing with the studio that makes you feel like you’re in a calm and peaceful space with the bustling world outside. I loved it. Also met some lovely yogis 🙏🏻 and I did my first head stands in 5 years 😎 Thanks all. See you again

Practicing and attending sessions at ChiangMai Yoga has been the best present I’ve given myself in 2025. I attended 6 classes over a period of two weeks. I was struck by the level of kindness shown by every instructor. I have very poor flexibility on the left side of my body and around my knees, and despite learning yoga for over 18 months these areas of body are still stiff. But the way the instructors made the most challenging yoga positions accessible is remarkable. Momo, Ed and Air, all approach you with such genuine care to adjust you and help you get to a posture that’s challenging, it actually left me emotional at some point. It is definitely not beginners yoga :) that is if you’re in CM and just want to give it a try, then maybe brace yourself for a challenge. Thank you for making me get in touch with movement and my body in such a beautiful way.

As a dutch traveler, I could easily sign up for a class as a ‘dropp in’ to the ‘stretch yoga class’ for all the levels. This was my first real thai yoga class. It was super nice and the stretch poses were amazing. The teacher is super sweet and helpes you to get in the right pose. I would recommend this yogaclass!
