Centenary Yoga offers many different classes giving you the opportunity to try what best fits you (the initial 2 weeks pass is a great deal!). All teachers are super kind and attentive to your body and soul. A place where you can feel yourself and you can enjoy your time with beautiful people!
I've been doing yoga for 20 years and I still find I learn something from Sara and John. I find I am a calmer person. Yoga balances the intense exercise I do and my intense job. The classes are infinitely scalable and options offered for beginners and advanced students.
Such a beautiful and welcoming space and mainly teachers.Variety of teachers allows to find just what your body, hart & soul needs and also option to try all of it. True sanctuary of wellbeing for the whole being.
