Elle and her team have created a beautiful, thoughtful space where every client’s unique needs and goals are respected and supported. If you have had bad experiences at previous gyms or studios, this is the place for you! The community of people at any.Body are so welcoming and kind, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and I look forward to their classes every week. They are truly worth every cent and then some (the clinical classes are amazing!), especially if you are struggling with chronic health issues or injuries that have kept you from movement in the past. From getting back into movement after a long break in their reformer classes, to rehabbing a broken foot, to learning how to properly lift weights and run after years of improper form and injury, these ladies have supported me every step of the way. Special thanks to Jennie, Georgia, and Hannah for all your help, care, and wisdom! No matter where you’re at in your journey, I highly recommend this studio.
This studio is truly the best you will find. The attention to each individual they strive to always provide is amazing. From the second you walk into the door, the atmosphere is one of calm, peace and rest. The ladies that work here are kind, empathetic, understanding and so so knowledgeable. It’s more than just a Pilates studio, it’s a place you can go to heal, revive yourself, and be happy. The community that it builds is amazing, the values that the studio upholds ensures that all those attending the classes hold the same mindset and passion. As a larger bodied woman I have never felt uncomfortable and always accepted. If you are looking for a way to move your body for you and only you… this is the place to do it.
My only regret is not doing this sooner. The group classes have been great for my general fitness. There’s something for whatever type of movement you’re looking for. The Any.Body team cultivates a sense of community that feels immediately welcoming. I started after a long time without meaningful exercise and at the heaviest I’ve ever been. Until Any.Body, I struggled to find an exercise or trainers that I enjoyed and didn’t make me self conscious or frustrated with myself and this body that is different to what it used to be. After my first session at Any.Body I knew I’d found the place for me. Going to a class is always something I’m excited about. It’s so nice to look forward to exercise and movement more than ever before. I’ve been in classes with Jennie, Maya, Hannah, Zoe, and Georgia. Everyone one them has been knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, and encouraging. The work they do behind the scenes make for a rewarding experience regardless of who you see. Jennie was the first person I met during my Bold trial. She created a sense of belonging right away. Hannah is funny and engaging while building a functional understanding of how your body works in an accessible way. Zoe’s instructions have helped me connect with and feel my body during movements. Maya’s combination of kindness and knowledge has given me confidence. After my first session with Georgia, I was able to walk down stairs without knee pain for the first time in months because of her astute insight. A session at Any.Body has never felt like something I ‘have’ to or ‘should’ do but rather something I ‘get’ to do.
Love this place! So thankful for Zoe and the team for teaching me the importance of movement and educating me. I feel so much more connected to my body and my breathing thanks to the classes I've taken here. Very welcoming vibe, professional and respectful instructors. Have now taken a few classes with their new instructor Maya, happy to see any.body growing and finding the best people to add to their team. Highly recommend, especially to my fellow plus-sized individuals- thanks for providing a safe space to explore and understand movement.
I’m so grateful to have found any.BODY! Since my first chat with Hannah, through 1-1 appointments, clinical classes and now strength, pilates and run club, I’ve always had such a positive, supportive experience at the studio.
