I have been attending Anna's Pilates session for some time and have found them to be so motivating and helpful. My classes have been interupted by some serious medical conditions, however, Anna has been so dedicated in researching the condition and coming up with innovative additions to my normal pilates routine. The classes are fun and enjoyable and give me such a lift during the week. I highly recommend Anna as a caring, mindful and beautiful instructor.
Anna is a fantastic Pilates instructor. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each of her clients, and tailors their individual programs accordingly. Importantly, she always offers modifications for each exercise, to make sure it's safe and appropriate. This means you're working hard enough to see improvements in your strength and mobility, but always feel safe and supported. Thanks to Anna's expert knowledge and instruction, my core strength, balance and flexibility have definitely improved. I really look forward to my classes, and have recommended Anna Pilates to several of my friends.
I've been attending Anna Pilates for almost two years and I can't recommend it enough! Anna is understanding of your abilities and helps you achieve your fitness goals. The small classes also allow for a more personal training session. Anna is a wonderful instructor, with so much knowledge and experience.
I have been attending Anna's studio for 2 years now after several spinal surgeries. She is passionate, professional and incredibly caring about all of her clients. She has learnt my limits, and has designed such a brilliant pilates program that very much suits my needs and ability. I can't recommend her studio enough.
