GoogleThe BEST Pilates class I’ve taken in Europe! I’ve tried hundreds of different Pilates instructors around the world, and this is by far my favorite. They do real Pilates, not a made up HIIT/pilates fusión. This is a big thing for me - I wanted real Pilates. They are challenging classes (I was sore the next day) but felt supported the whole time. She even foam rolls your back at the end of class!!! Best treat ever.
The best Pilates studio in Athens. The studio itself is stylish with a zen like vibe. The teachers and staff are lovely and great Pilates instructors . The classes are designed to be small, which is wonderful for the students. There is a great range in classes so you can find the ones that best suit you. You will love this studio. 💖
