I have been doing Yoga at YYoga every day for almost five months now, and I absolutely love the vibe! The classes—from Hatha and Flow to Pilates and Yin—are fantastic. The front desk team is so kind and responsible. A special shout-out to Nami; she is wonderful, very detailed, and professional. My only wish is that the center was a bit larger! It would be amazing if there were an extra room for Hot Yoga (maybe they can expand next door in the future!). It would also be great to have dedicated storage for our mats and blocks. Overall, it's a wonderful place with a view of mountain and I would even love the opportunity to work here someday!

I’ve been a member at YYoga North Vancouver for about 14 years, and it’s still one of my favourite places to be. The staff are always warm & welcoming, the studio itself is beautiful (great sauna too), and it really feels like a community. The instructors are fantastic & every class feels fresh and meaningful. Over the years I’ve had so many great experiences here, and I still look forward to every visit. Special shout out to Tamara. Her classes were always excellent, AND she continues to evolve - now her classes are even excellenter. If you’re looking for a studio that combines great people, a beautiful space, and instructors who genuinely care about what they do, this is the place.

The studio is great and classes too. My only complaint is that it’s not a quiet place, yogies are not mindful of other participants and it seems to lack this quiet, meditative sense of community.

There’s something steady about the space. The studio reflects the natural calm of its surroundings, warm, open, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in. This location has deep roots, and its original founders remain actively involved today, lending to the shape of the studio’s energy. The staff and management are kind, and the community feels close knit and welcoming. Teachers bring depth and presence to their classes, often weaving in breathwork, stillness, or thoughtful themes alongside movement. There’s a balance of strength and softness across the schedule, with offerings for every level and intention. The infrared sauna, showers, and tea lounge are thoughtful additions that round out the experience and invite you to linger a little longer. Whether you’re a local or just visiting the North Shore, it’s a beautiful space to land, move, and reconnect. Would recommend for anyone looking to feel grounded and held.

Love being able to see the trees and mountains while I’m on the mat :) It’s a bright and airy studio with fantastic light. It really heats up for the warm classes — too much for my liking, but I also just prefer a normal temperature for practice. Would be great to have some of the power classes without the added heat! Otherwise, I’ve really enjoyed the studio and the reception is very friendly and welcoming.
