Teacher Trainings are really educational and more than an asana they go deep into your spirit. Love this community, my teachers and my friends that become my family.
I love yogaloft and attend classes each time I'm in Playa del Carmen. There are great teachers and the large shala is naturally heated. It is located a short walk from the beach and has great lockers and showers as well as a bouldering gym. Thank you for being my home away from home.
An excellent place to practice yoga, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, highly skilled instructors, and a great variety of yoga products. Located in the heart of the tourist area. I highly recommend it.
Everywhere I travel, I always find a yoga Shala to take classes from. I own two Shalas, and am careful to find places that keep the heart of authentic yoga at their core. Years ago, my husband and I took my son to Playa Del Carmen. We purchased a yoga pass to Michael Gannon's amazing Shala. We ended up going every day while we were there, sometimes twice in a day. The classes are all taught by very experienced teachers. Yoga Loft Playa Del Carmen is clean, gorgeous, and always has friendly staff greeting each student. We loved it so much that we do our best to go back to Playa at least once a year for the yoga! We also talked Michael into coming to my Shala, Centered City Yoga in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is coming back again soon. What a blessing to have met Michael, and experienced his amazing energy and expertise.
