Yoga With Lori was my first experience with yoga and I'm so glad I found her! As someone with lower back issues, the classes have helped with the pain through movement, stretching and strength work with the added bonus of a calming relaxation at the end of each session. Lori encourages everyone to work at their own level and caters for the differing needs and abilities of all participants. The classes are fun and everyone is made to feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend Yoga With Lori.

Lori came in to my life at one of those moments. When you know you need something but you don’t know what it is. I went to a mindful movement class- movement being the last thing I wanted to do. What it bought was a unique insight. I have a perfectionist attitude, with standards that are relentless. Of course I didn't want to go to the class. Who would if it meant something I was unable to achieve? I went anyway and discovered I was attempting to take a person who desperately needed self love, self compassion and acceptance to what I thought was the yoga Olympics. In her very special way she guided me back to where I really was. Taking a first step again. It didn’t matter that my body could not move this way or that way. I only had to do as much as I could and imagine the rest. No more. The reason I believed in her was because I sensed she had been there before herself. Lori has to be experienced to understand the uniqueness of her healing.

I recently attended a Restorative Yoga session with Lori and Nicola in a tranquil yoga studio in the hinterland. Everything we needed was supplied and beautifully set up ready to begin. The two hour session offered relaxation, calming breaths and stillness, in a cosy comfortable setting. I felt so relaxed and pampered. The session finished off with warm lime and ginger tea and some wholesome treats. Lori and Nicola, you are both amazing and special people. I always look forward to Yoga with Lori. I feel so much better after a class and my body feels more switched on since starting. I get a good workout and a lovely relax at the end. Lori is great with instructions and has options for all levels. You can really tell Lori loves yoga and loves to teach it. You will always feel welcome in her class.
