Very nice and challenging practice. I went two times and had a great time. The sequence of the practice was very good and elaborate as it included an extensive warming up, Vinyasa flows, Sun Salutations, and lying and seated poses. Kru Dim is an amazing teacher who guided me into poses I didn't know I was able to do! Will come back here :)

A fun and challenging yoga class with a local feel. Khru Dim kept us engaged and smiling the whole time. When the pose was at the edge of my ability, she offered personal adjustments and encouragement. I'd definitely recommend the class to others and come again next time I'm in town!

Dim teaches challenging and comprehensive yet lighthearted Vinyasa. Her passion for yoga keeps the positive energy flowing nonstop. Classes are small so everyone receives attention and encouragement to improve their form. No one gets away with being lazy in the back of this room! You WILL leave feeling rejuvenated after a full-body workout. All the participants are friendly and welcoming too. I'm so happy to have found this little yoga community.
