GoogleI absolutely loved this studio and the teacher! As I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant, the teacher was very thoughtful and often reminded me not to twist too deeply. The guidance was very detailed and attentive. I also really loved the atmosphere of the studio. The teacher opened the large windows on both sides, which made the practice feel even more connected with nature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai who would also like to try yoga while traveling.
I attended this yoga centre every day during my vacation in Chiang Mai. Its Thai teachers are incredibly kind, talented, and professional. They speak good English, and during the practice they correct you, and help you master the poses. This gym is very nice and well-equipped, located in the most beautiful part of the old city. I was able to experience many types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Chair Yoga, and Sound Bath. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend Pretzel Yoga Center to anyone who wants to truly immerse themselves in Thai culture.
Love this yoga studio and the instructors! Especially Aom Sara, who was super accommodating with injuries etc. It’s a really warm, welcoming studio for both regulars and drop ins. The location is brilliant, too. You really do have to learn to separate yourself from the noise ☺️ Will be returning and recommending to friends 💯
Absolutely great yoga classes! I attended the Monday morning class and the Thursday evening class. Both Hatha yoga with Patti. She is an extremely knowledgeable teacher, that shows the different stages of each pose, and explains how important to only advance in the pose to your own ability. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to try Monkey Yoga in Chian Mai! I hope to go there again someday! Namaste!
I had such a great time at Yoga Pretzel with two classes 🧘♀️✨ One of the best memories from my Chiang Mai trip with my mom 💕 My mom loved it and was very happy too 😊 The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for beginners. I also loved that we could try some challenging poses along the way I’ll never forget Sara’s kindness and her cute smile 🌸💖 Thank you so much for such a lovely experience! 🙏✨
