Here is your opportunity to retreat to your inner self, and practice the time-honored techniques of Yoga. Our classes include asanas (yoga exercises), relaxation, breathing practices and meditation.  You'll experience first hand the wholistic benefits of this amazing practice!

The System Yoga in Daily Life by Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda - A Science of Body, Mind, Consciousness and Soul

The System Yoga in Daily Life is designed in such a way that the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple preparatory exercises towards the more advanced. Relaxation, breathing / pranayam and meditation are also included in each Yoga class.

Our timetable is made up of classes of different levels. Its best to start with level 1. 

Gentle - Easy Yoga Classes - Level 1

Sarva Hitta Asanas meaning good for everyone regardless of age, fitness, weight or health. Exercises, breathing, relaxation and meditation designed to bring  balance and harmony to body, mind and soul. Movements are united with the breath to focus the mind, improve concentration, release stress, rejuvenate joints, relax muscles, and improve  flexibility, circulation and digestion.

Intermediate Class Levels 3 to 5

More classical Yoga postures which exert a far reaching effect on all bodily functions as well as the mind, in this way it can be observed the Asanas not only influence the body but also ones entire being, giving one the tools to bring balance to daily life.

Advanced Class Levels 6 to 8

A stronger class requiring developed concentration, flexibility and strength. Yoga postures are combined with a deeper pranayam and meditation practice.

For the spiritual seekers we also have regular Satsangs and dinner evenings. Satsang means to be in the company of those seeking Truth. It is a Returning to the Essence of Yoga, and is weekly inspiration to remind each of us of our journey back to Wholeness, the re-union of our Self with the Divine. The program consists of music, mantras, meditation, prayer, philosophical talks and discussion, and fellowship of like-minded people, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner.
