Even after moving to the USA, I continue to attend the sessions online along with my kids because the guidance and energy here are unmatched. Madam gives personal attention to every student, cares deeply about our health, and always encourages us to practice meditation for mental peace. Her patience, gentle approach, and warm smile create a very positive atmosphere in every class. The fee is also very reasonable for the quality we receive. What makes me even happier is that my 70-year-old mother, my three sisters, my sister’s daughter, and even her daughter are all doing yoga from this same class. Seeing generations benefit from these teachings makes me truly proud. And now, here in the USA too, many new students have joined and are experiencing the benefits of this wonderful class.
