Precious teachings, patient and knowledgeable teachers, you can get to know a lot about buddism in the 10 days introduction course. Food was nourishing, facilities are good enough, 3 gompas to use for practice and library. They organise daily drop in meditation and Dhamma movie days. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to practice more compassion 🌱 Very grateful for the experience 🙏

This place is like a portal. As soon as you enter through the gate and starts moving through the trail, the sounds and noise from outside keeps mellowing down like a fade out used in a 1970s prog rock track. You will find yourself in complete silence. As you enter you go within. This is a must visit place for anyone looking to unwind and find a sense of calm or looking for a sacred safe space. It almost makes you feel like you are on a pilgrimage.
