I'm thrilled to share my experience at the Thrissur Yoga Association, a wonderful place for yoga therapy and classes. Their programs offer remedies for various ailments, promoting both physical and mental wellness. I recently attended a two-month foundation course, and the results were life-changing. I had been suffering from severe joint and muscular pains, but after completing the course, I'm now able to sit, walk, and even climb stairs with ease. The regular coaching from Monday to Friday, guided by experienced teachers, boosted my confidence. I've also experienced a sense of calmness and positivity that yoga brings. 🌿 My Yoga Journey: A Heartfelt Review 🌿 I’ve had the privilege of being part of the 4:30–5:30 PM ladies batch, and it has truly been a transformative experience for me. Under the guidance of Reshma teacher and Balakrishnan Mash, I was gently introduced to the practice of yoga with a perfect balance of strength and serenity. After two months, I advanced to the practice section at Paramekkavu Agrashala, where Sandeep Sir took over as the instructor. His sessions were incredibly focused and energizing, helping me deepen my practice with precision and discipline. Following a short break, I rejoined classes at the same location—and this time, I had the rare opportunity to train under the guidance of Gopinadh Mash, a highly respected yoga therapist known for his exceptional classes. Everyone talks about how inspiring and healing his sessions are, and I’m so grateful I could experience it firsthand. His knowledge, clarity, and therapeutic insight made a huge difference in both my physical and mental well-being. I also feel comforted knowing that I can consult with him about my health concerns at any time. A special mention to Indhu teacher, whose calm presence and marvelous voice create a deeply soothing atmosphere in class. Her instructions are so gentle yet effective, helping us stay grounded and fully connected throughout the practice. Every instructor I met on this journey contributed uniquely to my growth, and I feel incredibly thankful for the care, professionalism, and positivity they bring to every session. These classes are not just about exercise—they’re a true path to wellness and self-discovery.
