I signed up for the 200-hour yoga course hoping to deepen my own practice, but it ended up giving me so much more than that. The setting was cozy and welcoming, with a wonderful group of classmates who made the experience even better. We were always encouraged to be ourselves, to listen to our bodies, and to find our own way of practicing. I always felt truly heard and supported by every instructor. Jen did an amazing job balancing in-person and virtual learning, and each instructor — shout-out to Jen, Connor, Lisa, Sam, and others — brought their own style, knowledge, and energy. It was refreshing to learn from so many different perspectives. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn more about yoga, whether you plan to teach or just want to explore your practice more deeply.

That was the best experience ever! I’m so grateful to all the teachers who shared their energy and knowledge with us. I also met amazing people and made real friends along the way. The way the program guides you step by step into becoming a teacher makes you feel more confident every single day. I highly recommend this course to anyone who truly wants to grow and become a great yoga teacher!

I completed my 200hr YTT with Three Sisters Yoga and it was life changing! Jen, the owner and lead instructor, has decades of experience in teaching yoga and YTT and has created an accessible program that goes beyond just learning asana and exposes you to the other 7 limbs of yoga. You will also be exposed to a diverse representation of yoga teachers and yoga styles taught by her amazing co-instructors. I came out of this training stronger physically, mentally and spiritually. I would recommend this program to all interested in getting certified as a yoga teacher or those who simply want to deepen their knowledge and personal practice.

I’m so grateful I chose this program for my teacher training. What stood out most to me was how truly student-centered it felt. Jen created a supportive and welcoming environment, and she was flexible with things like make-up hours and balancing in-person and virtual options, which made the program much more accessible compared to many of the other trainings I evaluated. Another aspect I loved was that we learned from a variety of teachers, not just her (although she is awesome 🙃!!). That diversity exposed us to different teaching styles and approaches, which really broadened my perspective and helped me start to find my own voice as a teacher. When I came into training, I was mostly focused on the asana practice and thought yogic philosophy would be “over my head.” But the way it was taught made it approachable and meaningful. I ended up getting a lot out of the elements beyond the physical practice and really enjoyed the education! I am leaving this program not only with tools to teach but also with a deeper, more holistic understanding of yoga and my own practice. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a training that prioritizes students’ growth and authenticity!!
