First time ever experiencing a sound bath and WOW!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—calm scents, warm tea, and a beautifully set space. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for comfort and connection. Although I brought my own blanket and pillow, the studio provided all of that including bolsters, eye masks and everything you would need to be completely comfortable. The sound bath was incredible and the experience left me feeling peaceful and full-hearted. I’ll definitely be back again and again.

I recently did a sound bath meditation at The Mindful Lab, and it was a great experience altogether. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, creating the perfect mood for relaxation. The sound bath itself was incredibly soothing. I left feeling much more relaxed and centered. The instructors are also super welcoming and caring. A nice little thing they do is offer some complementary tea before class. They make sure to take the time after class to chat and check in with you. Overall a great time and session. Totally recommended.

My first time here. As soon as I entered the space I was greeted with incense and a calm energy. There was hot tea available and a table full of varying angel cards. Bolsters, blankets, eye masks, mat ... all well thought out and curated for this sound bath experience. Instruction was clear, loving and grounding. I surrendered right into the experience. I met new and lovely ladies. And I will absolutely be back. I am heart filled.
