GoogleI had a private gong bath ceremony with Claudine, and it was magical. I felt some anxiety before the ceremony, but it completely disappeared after the session. I felt deeply relaxed and confident at the same time. Claudine shared many techniques with me that I will use in my daily life. She is a very kind and spiritual person—you can truly feel this when talking to her. I will definitely visit Claudine again the next time I’m in Playa. I have attend several of Taran's sound healing ceremonies around Playa del Carmen. They are not only relaxing but during the ceremony, I feel my heart expanding with the healing sounds of the gong. I also recently attended one of his Kundilini Yoga classes—my first, it kicked my butt—with my dog Mila. Taran has a big heart and cares very much for the healing others—his purpose and compassion is clear. I am grateful and proud to call him my friend and brother, and highly recommend attending a session with him while you're here in Playa del Carmen. The sound healing session with Taran was absolutely amazing. He is intuitive and guides you through the meditation in a caring manner. The vibration and sound of the gongs was purifying. My husband and I totally recommend this experience. It lasted for about an hour and a half, after it ended we didn't want to leave. Next time we are in PDC, we will definitely book another session!
