Plenty of equipment for any of your needs. Really helpful kind regulars that will happily give you pointers and support when they see you struggling with a new work out. Best gym ever! We absolutely love this Gym. My husband and I have been coming for the last 4 Months and we are always greeted with a smile, and are made to feel very welcome. The Owner, receptionist and Vietnamese coaches are lovely. There is everything that you need for a good workout, and it's great value. You are provided with free towels,lockers and there is a sauna available too. The protein shakes are pretty good too We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Thank you so much
Relatively small but equipment for all sorts of splits available. 50000 for a day pass, towel is provided. The equipment is clean enough and the room is comfortably air-conditioned; very nice workout
Visited superfit today, has alot of modern equipment (40+ machines I guess) and spacious. It was a little busy when I arrived and I had to manage with the oldest of the 3 pulldown machine. I've been eating too many wantons lately to do pull-ups 🤣 Aircon was minimal, but you need to sweat a little to have a good workout. Locker key, towel provided. $2 per session, you can beat that.
Very nice place for working out. Not too busy (at least at around 11-12 in the morning. They have a nice space with 3 punching bags, which was nice as I train karate as well. Important to say, they have a pull up bar (I was missing that in our travel). After the workout, you can enjoy a whey protein shake if you like. For those who are interested in prices: 50K for 1 day and 120K for a 3-day pack (doesn't need to be consecutive days). They have also other pack prices that could suit you even better.
