Free childminding whilst you workout and wonderful instructors and owner Teagan. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym. It is a mix of Strength, Pilates and cardio and the workouts are challenging.

Had recommendations from many friends to give Strong a go and I have really loved it so far! Perfect mix of pilates, cardio, strength & weights. Great variety of classes every day and the instructors have all been SO lovely and helpful, especially as some of the moves have been new to me, and I can be a bit clumsy! The 45 minute class goes so quickly as it’s fast paced and fun. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best! Such a welcoming studio. Have been able to prioritise my health and fitness postpartum thanks to STRONG Mornington and the child minding facilities. My bub loves playing in the crèche and I look forward to 45minutes of me time everyday! The classes are high intensity and low impact, with modifications if needed, so sustainable to train consistently without worrying about hormones or risk of injury.
The most welcoming and supportive team of girls. This community has made me feel so comfortable and confident in working hard and it makes all the difference when coming to classes.
