GoogleToday was my 20th session here. At first, I signed up because it’s just a few steps from my home, but now it has become a routine I truly enjoy. I’ve tried many different workouts, but what really matters is the connection between your mind and body through the movements you do. Fitness comes after that. Strong Pilates feels almost like therapy you get used to it and start looking forward to it. A special thank you to Goli and Lindsay , you two are the stars of this place! ⭐
I’ve been training at STRONG Pilates Coal Harbour for about four months now, and it has truly become my second home. The energy in the studio is so positive — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The instructors are amazing, especially Goli, who is also the owner. She’s incredibly professional and passionate about what she does, always paying close attention to form and making sure everyone performs the exercises correctly. The whole team creates such a motivating and warm atmosphere that makes me look forward to every single class. I’m so happy to be part of this community and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel stronger — both physically and mentally. 💪✨
Love love love this studio. I always wanted to do a workout that combines cardio, weight and reformer Pilates- well- HERE IT IS! Great knowledge and helpful instructors who keep you on your toes but also pay attention to your problem areas! I wish I could afford going there every day🤩😄💪💪💪prices are competitive and even lower than regular reformer Pilates studios. Would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!
It’s my first time trying pilates class I felt a rediscovery. Each breath taught me patience, each movement revealed hidden strength. I left with a lighter heart, a clearer mind, and a grateful soul for reconnecting with myself. And the studio is great, so clean and really aesthetic; all the instructors are so nice and patient to teach you everything in the right way
I did one class. My quads were tired from a workout the day before and I was often left feeling overwhelmed by the ask of the exercises…like, “Oh you managed to do this godawful difficult thing you have never heard of or done anywhere else in all your life? Well guess what, here’s another one that’s so much worse.” I was usually taking the easiest modification. I hated most of it. Which isn’t a bad thing for everybody. So if that’s your jam, you’ll like the challenge. It’s done in 45 minutes anyhow! I loved the rowing component. The instructor was very attentive and made sure I knew how to use the equipment. He came by often during the workout to offer corrections and help. Vibe was the kind of place where folks show up for a 7am workout in full face make up with completely styled hair but also they had nice fresh apples on offer at the desk and the equipment was clean.
