I chose Pilates here because of its convenient location. There's a shower room if you need to shower after your session. So far, the instructors have been great. They correct my posture and offer alternative poses, especially for older teenagers like me who might not be able to handle more advanced movements. Another plus is that they often play playlists that are age-appropriate, so I often sing along between poses without realizing it. It's a good way to distract from the aching muscles. Overall, I recommend it.
