(For now) I only do reformer Pilates there and I'm very satisfied with both the teachers, who are all excellent, and the facility, which is always spotlessly clean. The reformer tables are state-of-the-art, and no one else in Ostia has this kind of equipment. Finally, a gym that focuses on quality over quantity, and therefore offers maximum customer service. The receptionists are always kind and smiling. A very pleasant discovery.
