GoogleI had a beautiful experience overall. It's my first visit to Pura so I did not know what to expect. The salon’s ambiance felt cozy, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. I had a head and shoulder massage as soon as I arrived and offered tea as part of my treatment. Ella was my stylist. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, lovely, and professional. She went above and beyond, took extra little nice touches to make sure my hair was perfect with colour and trimming. I appreciate the way she explains the products she is using and every step she is doing. And makes sure I'm always comfortable and happy with what we are doing. On top of it all, their products are non toxic and smells amazing,which makes everything 200% better.😊
Absolutely loved my experience here! The vibe was amazing. calm, relaxing and so beautifully set up. Everyone was lovely, helpful and really professional. I’ve spent four years trying to find a salon that actually knows how to cut and care for curly hair, and they 100% do! They’ve got all the right products and tools, and really know what they’re doing. I got a little massage when I sat down and there was even a refreshments menu with lots of teas and hot chocolate. Everything about this place was so thoughtful and zen. Highly recommend!
This is Canberra’s best saloon - affordable, excellent service and high quality products. I loved that you were able to accommodate me last minute. I booked in for the scalp and sound ritual event and it was an amazing experience. I left feeling very relaxed and my hair felt the best it has in a long time. The salon itself was beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and excellent at what they do. This was my first time at Pura but I'll definitely be back!
Highly recommend! The service from start to finish was awesome. I’ve always cut my hair at men’s barbers never a salon. But after my first time I’m going back. Amy was great to deal with and very professional. Recommend to all men!
