GoogleI had the most incredible experience completing the Pulse Pilates teacher training in Bali. What stood out the most was the genuinely supportive environment, not just from the instructors, but from every single participant. It truly felt like everyone wanted everyone else to succeed, and there was constant encouragement and support throughout the entire training. By the end of the course, I felt so confident in my ability to teach Pilates. Beyond that, I left feeling more confident as a person overall. The environment really brings out the best in you and makes you feel ready to take on anything. One thing that completely exceeded my expectations was how quickly we progressed. Every single participant was able to confidently teach a 25-minute Pilates flow within just three days, something I honestly didn’t think would be possible so early on. The way the training is structured makes learning feel achievable, empowering, and exciting. I would recommend this training to absolutely anyone. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced mover, the course meets you where you’re at. Doing the training in Bali adds such a special element, connecting with like-minded people from all over the world in a place with such a strong health and fitness culture made it feel less like a course and more like a life-changing experience. I’m so grateful to have done my teacher training with Pulse Pilates, it’s an experience I’ll carry with me forever.
Pulse pilates was such an awesome experience! To be honest, I was pretty nervous going into it since I’d never done Reformer Pilates before. My girlfriend loves Pilates and didn’t want to go alone, so I thought, why not give it a shot? They had a three-class intro offer, and since we were in Bali for the week, it felt like the perfect time to try something new. I train regularly, but I was seriously humbled. My partner and I tried all three class types; Sweat, Strength, and Stretch and every single one was a challenge. Sweat was definitely the hardest, followed by Strength and then Stretch, but all of them left me sore in the best way possible. My glutes, core, and stabilisers all got worked in ways I hadn’t felt before. But, what really made the experience stand out, though, was our instructor, Bon. I had a slight ankle injury from jiu jitsu the week before, and from the moment the class started, she asked if anyone had any injuries she should be aware of. (Usually a passing comment but for me it was really helpful). Throughout the sessions, she kept an eye out for me and offered helpful adjustments when needed. In multiple classes, she even adjusted the setup with a ball to take pressure off my ankle - small gestures like that made a huge difference and made me feel really looked after. Every class pushed my girlfriend and I, but in the best way. I left each one feeling stronger and more aware of my body. I’ve gained a whole new respect for Pilates and can’t recommend Pulse Pilates enough - especially if you’re new like me. I’ll definitely be trying to get some classes in with my girlfriend when I’m back home. 🙌🙌🙌
I tried a drop-in class with Vio and loved it! Her cues are clear, and her energy is uplifting and encouraging. The studio is also pretty, spacious, and well-equipped. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!
Tried Pilates for the very first time and honestly… I LOVED it 🫶 The studio is so beautiful, new and the interior feels modern, calm, and super aesthetic 🙌The teacher was really professional but also warm and friendly, which made everything so easy to follow. And the friendly staff so sweet drinks and they sell socks and clothes for the first timer too, I felt comfortable right away
Came to Bali for 5 days, so I bought myself an intro pack and it was so worth the money! 450k for 3 classes - and I could choose any from Stretch, Sweat and Strength. I’m a ballerina and my body needs a reallyyy good stretch, so I really liked the Stretch classes. I also tried 1 Strength class and the burn was soooo good. Loved the instructors and the overall ambience of the studio.
