The instructors have such great energy and are very knowledgeable- I have some limitations and they are always there to help me if I need to make any adjustments. The equipment is clean and in great condition as well as very clean facilities like the bathrooms. Could not recommend this studio enough!
Such an amazing studio! The space is modern and stylish - everything from the decor to the lighting creates a calm, inviting atmosphere. The studio features a welcoming reception area and a lovely little boutique corner with gorgeous training clothes. Forgot your grip socks? No problem! :) You can easily pick up a pair there. All the reformer machines and equipment are brand new and top quality, which really enhances comfort and performance during workout. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The first class I attended was called First Prescription - it’s a fantastic introduction for beginners. I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a premium Reformer Pilates experience!
I am so glad they opened this new location, I can finally go more often now! 💃✨ The studio is beautiful, clean, and has such a great atmosphere. Classes with İrem are honestly the best, she’s so energetic and her positive vibe is contagious, and she really motivates you to push yourself while still making the class fun. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reformer Pilates with great energy and a welcoming environment! 💛
I LOVE Prescription classes! Professional studio, professional staff and lot of positive vibes. If it´s your first time you definitely need to start with the First Prescription class! It´s where you understand the basis and feel the real flow - and you end up with an amazing feeling of connection between your body and soul after the class. Classes are engaging and with clear instructions, always with options for different levels so it can be challenging if you feel like :) The venue is new, clean and beautiful, has AC, showers, and free water, towels, lockers and hygienic products to use such a shampoo, conditioners, body lotion or deodorant, amazing! It´s definitely my favourite place for reformer pilates. Thank you Prescription!
