Tiffany and Alison have created something really special at Pilates Process Vancouver. Not only do you get an amazing workout that is tailored to your needs with modifications (even in the group classes), you get to join an amazing community of supportive and authentic individuals who are all on a movement journey. Pilates can be intimidating with all the equipment and tools, but all of the instructors take time to break the movements down and demonstrate as necessary. I particularly appreciate the fact that healthy and functional movement as we age is the goal of the studio. I have noticed a huge growth in the ease of my movement since I started. Of all the yoga and Pilates studios I have tried in Vancouver and other cities (while travelling), Pilates Process is the one I look forward to going to.
The instructors at Pilates Process are caring, attentive, and give clear directions. They make Pilates approachable for those who are new to the practice and challenging for those tending in injury and healing. It's been a blessing to develop my strength and flexibility in their studio and it's been a surprisingly joyful task to prevent my back from collapsing into a croissant shape 🥐 I love coming back for my weekly session 💕
