Mat Class

Join intimate Mat classes at Pilates Haus based on Joseph Pilates's original routine, with maximum five participants for personalized attention. Classes happen Saturdays at 10am and blend classical mat work with Magic Circles, arm weights, and exercise balls for a well-rounded practice.
