Jessica, the instructor, was so sweet and immediately checked on me and made sure I was safe. The receptionist took over afterward and sat with me the entire time, making sure I was okay and continuing to check in on me. Thank you both so much for your kindness. I will come back in better condition.
I’ve been going to this studio for about a year and a half and I’m completely hooked, usually going 4–5 times a week. The teachers are awesome, the classes are great, the studio is clean, and the vibe is friendly. The only downside is the very small corridor where everyone squeezes in to get changed. And I’d love it even more if they added 4:30 classes on Wednesdays and Fridays!
I recently attended a class here and had a great experience. The owner is very welcoming and the place offers a variety of classes to suit different needs. Everything felt well organized and the service was wonderful.
Love Jessica Fisher’s yoga & core + core-lates classes and Amy’s yoga classes too! I have been to many oxygen studios across Vancouver and they are two of the best. Would love to see more pilates style and yoga + core classes added. I find the slower more controlled movements in the hot studio allow for better mind/body connection vs the faster paced classes. The slower pilates style core section after yoga is an incredible workout!
This is the first oxygen location i went to long ago and i was a regular for years but stopped going since moving to Brentwood. After trying multiple studios, this one is definitely one of the nicer oxygen yoga locations. The weights and equipment are neatly organized, the layout is efficient. I like how they have stickers on the ground to show where to place your mats. The cold towels at the end of the classes are a nice touch. They provide towels and mat spray to wipe down the equipment- I’ve seen some oxygen locations not provide this and I think it’s gross. East van is the one to go
