Kali is a fantastic teacher and also a genuinely lovely person which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone speak for an hour. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, checking your positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, Kali’s classes are relaxed, welcoming and down to earth. I also really like the meditation to start with and also at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed & grounded. Thank you Kali!!
Kali's yoga classes are excellent. I first went to her classes in the open air at Torakina beach and loved them for their connection to nature but wet weather meant frequent cancellations. I think she is now offering outdoor classes as a pop up. These outdoor classes are really special. Her Tuesday morning classes in her well-designed yoga space suit me really well and I have become a regular. I arrive with a tense body and a head full of crap and I leave with my body feeling stretched and relaxed and my mind/spirit feeling at peace. At 71, I am older than other participants but Kali believes everyone should honour their own body wherever they are at so I adapt what I do Kali holds more rigorous classes on other days of the week but the Tuesday morning class suits me well and I am gaining strength and flexibility.
Kali is a wonderful teacher, who also has a wonderfully welcoming energy. Her classes are suitable for beginners through to the experts. She creates such a peaceful, calming and healing environment for her clients. I appreciate the affordability of her classes, and the fact she is able to accomodate for people who can’t afford to spend a lot of money. Highly recommend Oja yoga to anyone who is new to yoga and wants to try it out, or even anyone who is experienced but looking for a local class with like minded people. Thank you Kali ✨🌈🌿
Wonderful experience. I had three 1:1 sessions with Kali and I plan on having more! I wanted my own personal yoga sequence to practice and Kali took so much care and time to help me with this. Not only did I receive a great sequence to practice at home, but also some beautiful self care tips. Kali also taught me some yoga theory that I will take into my everyday life. A very healing experience that will last a lifetime.
100% recommend! Kali is an amazing teacher. She is clearly qualified and works on the whole person, not just movement but also breathwork, nervous system regulation and teachings. I booked a private workshop for me and some friends for my birthday which was amazing too. She curated such a beautiful feel good practice for us all.
