I had no prior experience with yoga. I started at the urging of my physiotherapist to help my back. I have tried various forms of exercise in the past, but Miranda (the teacher) is the best I have ever encountered. She has incredible knowledge. She has an in-depth knowledge of the human body, the muscles and how exactly (but precisely) you should perform each pose to get results and not be stressed. It is impressive how she manages to adapt each class to the needs (and capabilities) of each person, making you feel like the class is made exclusively for you. She is loving, encouraging and helps you relax, connect with your body and overcome your limits. She has managed to create a wonderful, warm community. Class has become my favorite time of the day. I started with aerial, and eventually I found myself doing both Zumba and floor classes and I can't get enough of them!

An excellent place to exercise and workout. Without any previous experience, I visited Nataraja to try yoga classes and I fell in love with it immediately thanks to the faces of Nataraja, the people and the very warm space itself. Within the same time, I saw a big difference in my body and soul and now it is a place that I visit, several times, on a weekly basis to beautify my everyday life. The good thing is that a beautiful community of people has been established who welcome you from the beginning and make you feel very welcome. The knowledge of the instructors is something admirable, as Miranda (and the other kids) love what they do and provide personalized care and teaching for all the needs of the individuals (injuries, rest, relief or more advanced positions for people who wish it). Five out of five, therefore, both for the yoga classes and for a more comprehensive initiation into a different way of thinking and being.
