GoogleSuch a warm and welcoming wellness space. The saunas are nice and big and even have ‘more talk’ and ‘less talk’ options. The complimentary strawberry matcha (amongst other delish sounding options) was an unexpected inclusion to enjoy at the end. Cold still and sparkling water available too if you forget a water bottle! Thanks for a lovely start to my morning guys 🔥❄️

One of the best sauna and cold plunge experiences I’ve had! The space is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is warm and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Everything feels high quality, yet the prices are very reasonable. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Wow! This is place is incredible. No matter how you are feeling it’s an incredible experience to do with friends or yourself. You come out feeling super refreshed. The Pilates before the sauna and cold plunge is an incredible touch. 10/10
